Llevé mi auto al Taller Mecánico El Pastor Auto Shop porque tenía un problema con los frenos. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue muy amable y profesional. Me explicaron claramente lo que le pasaba al vehículo y me dieron un presupuesto justo. La reparación fue rápida, en menos de 24 horas ya tenía el auto listo. El precio fue razonable y no me cobraron nada extra. Quedé muy satisfecho con el servicio y sin duda volvería. ¡Altamente recomendado!

The worst mechanic experience I’ve ever had. THREE or so months and $3,000 later, I received my car back worse than I dropped it off. Owner is terrible at communicating & is rarely at the shop. I paid the full balance to pick up my car & was told the owner would furnace an invoice/receipt at his earliest convenience. It's been about 4 months, no invoice and no reply to my DOZENS of text messages. Would give less than 1 star if possible.
