great customer service Pasteur is a great pharmacy. They have worked with our patients to deliver specialty medications even on Saturdays. The store itself is a smorgasboard of every hair care product, nail care, or other health care product. Truthfully I found it a little overwhelming but if you are looking for something I am sure you could find it here!
The customer relations, terrible. I ordered 3 times from them on-line. There was an issue with my last order and contacted them using the on-line customer’s service. My reply from customer service was condescending and arrogant and did NOT resolve anything. No customers should be treated with disrespect, they should be happy they made a sale and 3 more repeat purchases and have a repeat customer, now they don’t.
