Terrible experience, hired for a workers compensation case and they didn't do anything to get me the maximum award I am entitled to. They were dismissive and lack the communication needed to ensure their clients rights are not violated. No calls, different attorney actors claiming to represent you during your case. They accept whatever the board throws and side with your employers law department. After losing the maximum monetary award they request 20% of your award and leave you pennies. I have been working with this firm since August, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. I was under the impression that I would be able to meet with my attorney and paralegals in person, but all communication has been limited to phone calls and emails, which has not reflected good client service or accessibility.
