Booked 2 weeks in advanced, travelled from cornwall to eat here just to turn up and find it closed with no notification of this fact. Not happy!
Pastan does not pay its employees. Many members of staff have still not been paid weeks and even months after their pay day. Pastan also has not been paying its suppliers. The Bristol branch has been closed since the 31st August, and has not updated its website or booking system, so guests have been booking and turning up to find the restaurant closed. Please do not support this business.
Great vibes and tasty food. The tomato and bread starter (forgot the name) was delicious.
I had my best meal in the UK here. Bristol was an amazing experience overall but this little pasta spot is world class!
