This was my second time trying Pasta Press, and unfortunately, the food was disappointing both times. The pasta was overcooked, and the rag� tasted and smelled like inexpensive canned meat, with very little tomato sauce. The focaccia was bland, lacked salt, and was drenched in oil. Cacio e pepe was incredibly salty, and focaccia was served cold. Over 20 dollars for food we did not finish. Will not be going again
Only go here if you want to ruin your night. They do not set expectations. Once you place your order, it takes 2 hours to come out and they won't update you until you keep asking them and they will give you false updates. About 10 diners and families were stranded outside left hungry. If you can't manage this, don't open during busy times or creat a much much much better system.
