I am sorry to tell you this, but I bought my first product of this brand with high hopes and could not have been more disappointed. The pasta was good, but the "carbonara" filling was really not! It was so bad we couldn't eat it, and I am having stomach cramps since. Pictures show it well. Very unfortunate.
I was lucky enough to speak with an employee (Alessandro, I think) in the parking lot today. He was friendly and talked with me about this wonderful pasta making factory right here in our hometown of Pasadena. Check out the ravioli and gnocchi at Trader Joes.
