Pasta Cucina has been a staple of Suffern for quite awhile. It's has had it's ups and downs with different owners but right around Hurricane Sandy (November 2013) I realized that there were new owners and decided to give it a go. Was PLEASANTLY surprised it was very good good and like the old days of Pasta Cucina. I've been back since and it's still good. Sent a few friends over and they said the same.
