Zero stars for hospitality. The short, bald manager/cook with the goatee acts more like an aggressive guard dog than someone working in the restaurant industry. Extremely arrogant, power-tripping, and flat-out rude. Whether you walk in as a guest, a corporate rep, or a delivery driver doing a pickup, he treats people with complete disrespect and clearly judges you the moment you walk through the door.
