I highly recommend this Nissan Location, a few weeks ago I was met with a stressful situation (engine had Failed under warranty) MARY was very helpful! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, showed empathy and was adamant about finding solutions and helping me out. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and supportive despite my frustration with the situation. If you come to this location make sure you work with Mary Sutts!
I went in to get my battery replaced and was told the price would be $403 plus tax. However, when I got the final bill, I was charged an additional $48 labeled as a “miscellaneous fee” that was never mentioned upfront. I don’t think it’s fair to add hidden charges without informing the customer. Because of this, I won’t be recommending this place and want others to be aware of this practice.
