I worked with Aki for several weeks as I went down the process of receiving goodwill from Nissan to fix my car’s transmission. She was incredible throughout the process and I couldn’t recommend a better person for this role!

11/25 upon check in for my 830am appt to have my daughter car serviced. I was greeted by Wasi Biru I told him what was needed he told me what I needed to pay for. I TRIED to explained to him that I paid for the service plan when purchasing the vehicle. HE INSISTED TO TELL ME WHAT I DIDN’T HAVE! Service advisor next to him Mr. Kevin Suggested he scroll down…AND THERE GOES THE EXTENDED PLAN I PAID FOR!! This made Wasi angry and no longer wanted to assisted me!!
