The only reason I don't give a 5th star is because of the person who performed the maintenance on my vehicle. I had to return a second time after leaving because the maintenance worker missed a hole in one of the lights that I had requested to be fixed.
BLUF: Very chill, no pressure or stress buying my 2023 MINI Cooper S 2-door hardtop from Passport MINI! Did my homework on which MINIs I wanted to look at based on car reviews, CARFAX, and dealership reviews; then took my list of three to Passport Mini at about 3pm yesterday afternoon. ]my sales guy jeff was excellent.thars where it stops.bought a 2014 cooper s convert. in january.paid 13000 for it.drove the car 1000 miles decided i wanted an upgrade.called my sales guy told him was looking for a newer model mini told would like to trade mine in.wss offered 5000.i lost 8000.00 in 8 months doing business with them.no further reach out from them.i think i got ripped off
