Don't take your Mini here if you have other options. Sorry my review is a little late. But... As soon as I got my car back after they had it for several days in a routine service under the service plan, I noticed they couldn't possibly have changed the oil as stated on my invoice. You need to take off the oil cap off to release the vacuum to drain the old oil. Mine had the same cobwebs in pristine condition as it did when I took my car in.
