Why send out offers through car guru if you don't even offer anywhere near the price when the person gets there. We're talking about a $15,000 difference and the vehicle was exactly as described, less than 1200 miles, and still smells new!
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this dealership and its management. I had reached an agreement with the salesperson regarding the purchase of a Porsche and the trade-in of my BMW. I was specifically told in writing that if I brought my BMW back without the cosmetic body damage, they would give me $12,000 for the trade-in. I was working with this dealer on used car on a Wednesday, they said the at the RECON shop to get detailed and it was not available yet but he would let me know right away when it was as I had to arrange travel. We talked every day until Saturday as I was looking for updates. Fast forward to the following Monday, I called the dealer because I had not been getting responses from the sales person and was told the car sold on Friday! and the sales guy quit on Saturday.
