I was charged a cancellation fee for an appointment that I was present for. Me and mother went to our appointment, the nurse gave us an estimate for the immunizations she recommended. The estimate was not in me and my mothers price range so we refused to be serviced. The appointment ended after we deliberated our future options. The appointment was not cancelled nor was there a "no show".
My experience was awesome.The nurse explained everything and was very professional.
