Very efficient. Great customer service.
My only complaint is that there wasn't clear communication about the actual cost. On top of the expensive yellow fever shot, there is a consultation fee of $125.that was not disclosed until I was already there and canceling at that point would have been at a cost of $75.00
Our experience at Passport health was great. Our healthcare provider talked us through all of our options and guided us to a plan that worked for us. All of our vaccines were quick and painless.
This was my first time at Passport Health and I wasn’t totally sure what to expect since it was my first time receiving vaccinations for an international trip. I was able to make an appointment less than 24 hours in advance and the intake process was very thorough and allowed for a productive appointment.
