This was an excellent experience, very informative, and a one-stop shop for all the vaccinations I needed for Thailand. Be prepared for the expense.

Horrible experience. They didn't disclose any consult charges ahead of time and when I declined the $3,000 in shots, they charged my card for $100 and never cared to respond to my refund request. Ignored my email entirely. This place is a scam!
Really disappointed with this experience. I was recommended about $3,000 worth of vaccines. I declined them, and only then was I told I'd be charged a ridiculous amount just for the consultation. I immediately called customer service because these fees were never disclosed when I booked the appointment, but my card was still charged anyway. I'm now waiting for a refund.
