A man named Francisco helped me on the phone so patiently, asking for my zip to find a location I wasn’t aware of less than ten minutes from my house. He worked with me to get a same day appointment AND a discount off my total for filling out my medical history ahead of time. Thanks Francisco! I love that they’re very knowledgeable and professional, and have everything needed on hand. The price is quite high though!
Our nurse, Royce, was knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Our trip is complicated and she did all the research before we arrived! Excellent service!
