Overall, I had an outstanding experience. They walked me through all my questions explained all the vaccines with the pros and cons were and really made me feel a lot better about the trip that I have to take for work. So highly recommend, especially if you have questions and want answers. This is the place to go!!!

Very nice staff, courteous and detailed.
The nurse (Cindy) who gave us our shots was very nice. Our complaint is with the lack of transparency, with the cost. Approximately $650. for 2 typhoid shots seems extremely expensive. We were not advised of the cost until we were already inoculated. Passport Heath should email their clients (once scheduled) what the cost will be. If not, at least state it at the very beginning of the appointment. I called their toll free number to complain and was treated rudely. The supervisor I spoke to, was no better.
