I thought Faith was very helpful and kind. The process, however, was quite expensive, especially for a senior on a fixed income whose travels are few and far between. I do think the person who owns Passport Health could take that into consideration, since he wants people to sign, in case they contact Medicare or Medi-Cal.
The nurse had prepared for my visit and was extremely informative and helpful in preparing me for my trip.
Incredibly professional, comprehensive, and flexible! Was in and out in 30 minutes and got the 3 vaccines I needed. Had zero wait with my semi-last minute appointment!
Buyer beware! This company charges exorbitant fees for their vaccines! If you have insurance you are way better off going to a pharmacy. Passport Health wanted $600 for one shot of Japanese Encephalitis - I was able to get it for FREE at Walgreens! They charged me $186 for Polio, $152 for Tdap, and $317 for Typhoid which were FREE for my husband using our insurance. Nurse was knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and on time!. Costs were astronomical but that was not the nurse’s fault and she helped me identify the vaccines that were needed vs “recommended “
