I was charged $1122 at passport health with no disclosure of costs beforehand. When I asked for refund, they refused. Be CAUTIOUS! They mention nothing about “office visit fee and consultation fee” on their website. And charged it default once you hit the office, which you won’t expect it happened without explaining on website or before you receive the service. They also refuse to refund it, apparently that’s how they earn money.
