I was seen on very short notice due to unexpected travel. Passport health was very accommodating, professional, and pleasant. As a nurse myself I can state the RN and NP were extremely informative and I learned a lot. I highly recommend this practice.
My review is based upon the incredible cost of these services. My fiancé and I were going to be charged over 4500 dollars EACH for vaccines. This is an insane out of pocket expense and the office should be much more upfront about what these services cost. We were literally in shock. Come to find out we could've gotten the same vaccines at an infectious disease office at MGB for a fraction of the cost. The nurse we dealt with was extremely nice, compassionate and informative.
I didn’t have a great experience with the service— I was addressed by the wrong name twice (even after correcting her) and received a defensive response when I gave feedback on the ambiguity of a question on the medical form. Overall, I think the service is overpriced and mediocre so I recommend checking at CVS or Costco before coming here. The price difference for our vaccine was $200 ($120 at Costco and $317 here).
