I forgot the nurse name but she was VERY nice and welcoming. She is always very informative and just a really sweet person.
We were able to get in very quickly and the info provided covered a lot of different things we needed to consider, which was very helpful. They did NOT push us hard to buy extra things/vaccines, which was something I was very nervous about.
