Passport Health appointment was fabulous. All paperwork was prepared in advance of my appointment. It was excellent.
Our yellow fever card was ready for us when we arrived to the Westley Chapel office.
I asked for prices upfront and was given the price. I was explained the why of the higher price ticket for the vaccine I was getting and I was satisfied with the answer and yes I will pay for fresher and unique vaccine vial for myself and each one of my family members to ensure we are as protected as possible. This facility is clean and the nurse was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!
Stay far away from passport health. Offices will charge undisclosed visit fees which they will offer to reduce if you purchase any of their extremely overpriced vaccines. Go to your local health department or pharmacy to save hundreds. I was lied to and talked down to by both office staff and management. Never had such poor treatment. BEWARE!!
Raelynn, my nurse was amazing She took her time and went over everything and explained everything very well. I was well informed when I left it was an awesome experience better than I thought it would be.
