Arrived ahead of appointment time & Nancy was available to take me right away. She explained the recommended inoculations/needs clearly and asked if I had questions along the way. She was quite pleasant and easy to work with. The experience was a good one.
from the start of my first phone call they were not very helpful, I dont know a lot about the things I need to keep me safe for my Africa trip so I did have questions they didn't seem to want to help. maybe I asked to many questions so they were frustrated with me and kept saying I'll have more information when I talk to the "doctor" at the visit. the doctor was actually a nurse, which is fine with me but strange they would say there is a doctor I would talk to when it turned out to be a nurse. Do NOT go here. They do not tell you the prices over the phone or if they even have the vaccine in stock - and will still charge you (see other reviews). They quoted me $300 more than AFC down the street. I refused and was still charged. What business expects you to pay without providing service?
Once I found the location (somewhat difficult), the Nurse was well prepared, articulate and engaging. She had strong knowledge of the subject and very helpful in terms of letting me make decisions and in her recommendations. I would use them again, good use of money.
