Nurse Sebena was excellent, presenting me with thorough and detailed information about PH services, as health travel guidance.
Avoid this place—overpriced and misleading! I had a terrible experience at Passport Health. Pricing was not disclosed upfront—I found out when I specifically asked right before they were going to start. Despite being branded as a travel clinic, they required a separate $40 telehealth appointment just to get a prescription for malaria pills, which felt like an unnecessary upsell. I had a great experience all around with Passport Health. Most importantly they have actual people who can make decisions and help at their clinics. I got vaccinations over ten years ago in Chicago and needed an updated yellow card and the lady in Chicago was able to find my record and help me make an appointment in NY (where I now live) to go pick up a new card. The nurse in NY was able to also fit me in to get updated vaccinations I needed for travel as well as give me the new card on short notice. Both people were very kn... read more
