The nurse practitioner was very warm friendly and knowledgeable. However, entry into the Mount Vernon office building was challenging- the building door was locked and the intercom for Passport Clinic was inoperable. We waited for some time before my husband had no choice but to contact the main office and they in turn alerted the nurse that we were waiting in the foyer. Once we were in the office (aside from lack of heat) the meeting was productive.
Service was great, location was ok if you have an early appointment. My nurse Yazmine was so nice and knowledgeable.
