Very professional and knowledgeable staff!! Highly recommended
This was the worst experience I have ever had for something as straightforward as completing a medical exam. They charged us nearly $900 and used an expired I-693 form. When my lawyer and I pointed out the error (my lawyer even spoke to them on the phone to explain they had used the wrong form), they blamed me for accepting the expired form—even though I had specifically mentioned on the day of the exam that the form appeared to be expired. Extremely punctual start. Staff extremely friendly, efficient, informative, responsive, and knowledgeable. All my many questions were answered. l was given recommendations and explanations for them. The facility was clean and neat. l highly recommend this resource for travel preparation.
