Even though the computer systems were down during my visit I was able to accomplish all that I needed for my upcoming trip. The nurse managed the situation with professionalism.

Jo took great care of me, very friendly and knowledgeable. Actually enjoyed my time with her even though she gave me shots
Jo was wonderful to work with. She was quite knowledgeable, clear, and professional.? When I needed more time to digest some of the details of my trip and what was suggested and what was recommended and what was highly recommended. Joe also was very patient with me when administering the vaccines (I still don’t like shots at 72 years old! )
