Easy to make an appointment and complete pre-visit paperwork. It was a little confusing to find the right door to enter the lobby of the building. Staff was awesome! Very personable and professional. Great at explaining the risk level for each disease in each country so that I could make the best decision about getting or declining vaccinations. Very lgbtqai+ friendly!
How about zero stars? I confirmed our appoint many times, just like I got many emails. The whole family showed up, leaving work, getting kids ready... and the clinic was CLOSED. None answering. We called and asked why none was there on a thursday 11am. "Hhmmm I guess someone dropped the ball" is the answer we got. We used it in Annapolis last year and we were happy. But sorry, never again, there are cheaper options and also many virtual options. Dont trust Passport Health to even be there for your appoint. Do your research a... read more
