How about zero stars? I confirmed our appoint many times, just like I got many emails. The whole family showed up, leaving work, getting kids ready... and the clinic was CLOSED. None answering. We called and asked why none was there on a thursday 11am. "Hhmmm I guess someone dropped the ball" is the answer we got. We used it in Annapolis last year and we were happy.
