I went in for a consultation feeling a bit skeptical at first. The nurse there, Javay was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me decide between the vaccines I needed and provided valuable advice. I recommend coming to passport health for your travel concerns!
I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and straightforward the consult went given the negative reviews on here. My nurse provided much needed guidance to ease our mind for our Senegal trip and even helped my autistic son calm down halfway through the consult. She was also up front on costs for the consult visit and vaccinations. Will be coming back for all future travel vaccinations. She's awesomeness personified!
It looks like a one bedroom apartment with one employee. Overly expensive pricing that was not disclosed upfront. Was charged a $100 cancellation fee that was stated not applicable because I made the appointment but refused service. She locked me in the office with her
