Very positive experience. The practitioner did a comprehensive review of where I'm traveling to, the risks, and appropriate vaccinations and measures. She was exceptionally competent, educated me on a variety of risks, got me vaccinated and carrying the right meds. This is a trip to Mexico, and I'm headed to Africa next year - I'll definitely return before that trip.
We had a very informative meeting with our NP, Tavia prior to a trip to India. She walked us through all the options and travel alerts. She provided a very detailed list of options. She was knowledge and inspired trust. We left with confidence and updated vaccinations.
PRICE IS NOT CLEAR, DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT CALLING THEM. I booked an appointment through the website a day before the date for two yellow fever vaccines. When I got in touch with them to check the appointment and check the values, I found out that they would charge over US$1000 for them. When I requested it to be canceled (~12 hours after booking), I was informed that they would charge me the cancellation penalty of US$75 for not canceling 48 hours before the appointment.
Great experience! I received a lot of useful information about my travels and the appointment was brief and informative. Also bonus points for the most painless and quick shot I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
