This review is in regard to my interaction with the customer service agent on the phone (which is not a local person in this office btw, but some call center). The prices and information given to me over the phone were so off putting that I went to another clinic in town. I called the county health department asking where I should go to get shots for traveling to Asia and they recommended I call this place, the Wildflower clinic, and Concentra. The DNP was excellent. Knowledgeable and professional and personable. Passport is always higher priced and the central Tucson location is in a spread out, multi-level professional building complex with little signage and no directory so it’s harder to find. than it needs to be.
It's a waste of money. They don't send vaccinations to pharmacies where you can get them for cheaper or covered by your insurance. They only send medications to pharmacies. Their vaccines prices are a lot higher than common pharmacies like Walgreens. Do not go there.
Specialists in unusual vaccines for travel. I was pleased they still had my yellow fever vaccine info from 2013 and made me a new yellow card to replace the one I lost.
