The clinic is run by a nurse (not advance practice nurse) who follows strict protocols. If you don’t fit the protocol, you are out of luck. They don’t take insurance. Long sales pitch to sell over the counter medications. There was no true drug interaction with one of my husband’s medication; just came up “monitor CBC” (blood draw) and we hit a dead end. We were told to get approval from primary MD that he could take the anti-malarial drug with his other med but once we got the letter, we were told they have no fax or email ... read more
My appointment was great! I was pretty nervous about all the diseases that are known in the country I am visiting but my doctor informed me the steps, ways to prevent, and made sure that I knew the information. She was great!
Very informative, very careful about age restrictions on vaccinations and gave alternative preventive actions to follow, quick, friendly, so helpful, professional
