Their nurse is very knowledgeable and super friendly. But their contract they wanted us to sign expired a couple months ago and they still haven't updated. Plus they used to have all our medical records in their system. But no longer do, so we had to manually look up and enter everything.
My appointment was scheduled easily. My nurse was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in assisting me with what I needed for my trip.
Great detail on what the area is like that I am traveling to. Recommended what was necessary not everything.
