All of my appointments at Passport Health have been great. The Back Bay location is easy to get to via public transit, it's easy and efficient to schedule appointments, and most importantly, the nurses that work there are both knowledgeable and kind. I first used this location for a consult for a trip to Namibia, and then returned several times after for the related vaccines/boosters (some of which aren't available at regular pharmacies, e.g. rabies). Very comprehensive process going over what I may need for my upcoming trip. They don’t try to oversell you or pressure you into getting things you don’t want or need. They’re very transparent on pricing and explain what you may be able to get through your doctor instead using insurance. They really just want you to not get sick on vacation which is everyone’s goal. I would recommend.
