Honestly, I find the amount this place charges for an appointment cancellation to be exaggerated. $75 just for not being able to attend is way too much! I understand they need policies to protect their time, but this fee is excessive and inconsiderate toward customers. They should reconsider this charge because it does not reflect fair or reasonable treatment. I do not recommend this place at all — better not to go here.
