Very quick, efficient, and informative!
I was charged $541 for a vaccine but was told over the phone that it would only be $99. Come to find out that was only for the “office” fee. Why wouldn’t the actual price be communicated beforehand while knowing exactly what vaccine I need to get.
Lost two hours on a commute today just to see these doors closed and no one inside. Three phone calls later I learned that the nurse verbally informed me that I had an appointment today, but forgot to put it in the calendar. I have already paid for two visits and all they had to offer was to reschedule to next week. Don’t trust hours posted on Google for any of their locations. Looks like they’re closed most of the time.
I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend.
