Berkeley Passport Health was great. William provided my husband and I with a complete briefing on required and recommended vaccinations along with preventative safety measures. Very knowledgeable with drug interactions and vaccines.
The nurse whom we saw for our trip immunizations was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Highly recommended!

So efficient and knowledgeable
The office visit was fine, very helpful information, well prepared. The nurse was competent and friendly. However I found out after the visit that the yellow fever vaccine would have been covered by my insurance and they didn't ask or check for that or give me the option. Calling customer service afterwards resulted in "we don't accept insurance, you can submit the invoice to your insurance".
