Organized, informational and quick
The lady was excellent that handle it. The problem is when I called to make appointment i was told one price for the shot but was not informed that it is a in office fee that would exceed over $100 and rx consultation fee of $ 35. I understand fees come with the job but give me the proper pricing so i can shop around before a person take off work and is seating in office to find out a extra just under $200 more is needed.
TLDR: I do not recommend this business. You can get travel health info and cheaper vaccines at chain pharmacies. Poor and unfair service experience. The benefit of a place like this is tailored, personalized travel health service, but their practice failed in giving me personalized info - my own accurate medical records. I needed a yellow fever vaccine and thought I had gotten it in the past (they're good for life) through Passport Health but I couldn't find a record.
