They delay my documentation and I had to send my application to USCIS incomplete. My layer told me as is incomplete there is a chance I’ll be rejected. I did what I had to do but their lack on managing well their process it would probably affect my future. Also, very limited appointments. I would not recommend it if you have to meet deadlines.
Got a fast appointment, got all the vaccinations needed and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this company.
