There was so much miscommunication with multiple people and no ownership over their faults. I was told the doctor would be in for my initial appointment , and then when I arrived was told in-person the doctor was actually on leave. Which was fine, I get it, things happen. I was assured that at my rescheduled appointment we would be taken care of quickly and the doctor would be in. Again, no doctor. Spent over two hours with us and was very thorough and comprehensive and nice. Highly recommend.
