I called to ask whether I could schedule an appointment for a travel physical because I will be studying abroad. During the call, the woman I spoke with responded, “You already complained about this to me 20 minutes ago.” First, I had not spoken with her 20 minutes earlier, so she had clearly confused me with someone else. Very easy and straight-forward process. The nurse was totally friendly and professional.
This is a great place to go to get up to date travel info and recommendations. These folks will tell you what you need and what you don’t depending on where you go. Also good info on mosquito repellents and food and water hygiene. I highly recommend!
