Can't actually rate the office, but their customer service team is terrible. I called to try to get a procedure code for a tetanus shot booster so that I could verify that my insurance would cover it. Outright refused to give me the code or provide me with a reasonable explanation as to why they were unwilling to do so. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Olivia was very nice and explained everything. But one of my shots I don't know what I ended up with. It says one thing on the invoice and something different on the yellow card she gave me.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend before traveling to different countries.
My wife and I were preparing for a vacation in South Africa. Our consultant, Kayla, was extremely helpful and informative. She reviewed our medical histories, answered all of our questions and provided us with easy to understand guidance about medications, vaccines and health protocols to follow for the trip. Our time with Kayla was very well spent.
