The staff was knowledgeable, polite, very interactive, efficient and professional

Kayla was really great. She made this an easy experience despite it being a hard place to find (no signage). Website doesn’t indicate this but you enter through Regions Bank & it’s the 7th Fl. Kayla is very knowledgeable and helped me prepare for my trip.
Completely unprofessional. At my first appointment, the nurse was over 30 minutes late and made a snide comment, "I don't really care what they say about you, you're actually really nice." Which is ridiculous, grown adults talking smack about an 18-year-old. Secondly, it is ridiculously overpriced for what the service actually entails.
