The nurse... I hate that I can't remember her name, she was extremely personable and professional. She took the time ensure I was equipped with the knowledge about the possible health risks of the country I was visiting, allowing me to make smart decisions about my immunizations and medication. 10 out of 10. I had outstanding experience with this passport service. My nurse, Kayla was absolutely fantastic, super friendly, personable and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and instantly put me at ease. Best of all, then injections were completely painless (which says a lot because I am a whimp!).
