Professional and very straightforward.
Jannette was kind and made things clear and concise. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. However, the only complaint I would have is not knowing that there’s an additional office consultation fee upfront of $139 PER PERSON ($114 if you do the medical paperwork in advance) on top of the $355 yellow fever vaccination charge. Always check with these guys before I travel. Well worth it to be armed with meds when hit with the green apple two step.
I highly recommend making an appointment here before international travel if you may need a vaccination. Jeannette clearly explained the current risks including not drinking the water and how to handle cases of diarrhea. After explaining everything we were able to choose which vaccines we wanted and did not feel pressured at all.
DO NOT GO HERE! They used fear tactics to try to sell us $5,000 worth of vaccines (we didn’t need) and scared our daughter about diseases for our upcoming trip to South Africa. They were not upfront about their office visit fees either. We ended up paying close to $1,000 for vaccines that we could have gotten at CVS/Walgreens. We did get the remaining vaccines we needed at Walgreens for FREE!!!!!! tried to resolve this with them directly but they did not reply or offer any help to resolve this.
