They are not up front about costs and they charge much more than other places. This is a weird, orientalizing travel business and not a serious medical provider. They will upsell you rather than giving accurate recommendations. I paid for a single vaccine so I wouldn’t lose $150 for nothing. Would not recommend.

If you are going on a trip to somewhere that may not have the best sanitation, Passport Health is the place to go. They not only do a personal analysis for you based on your trip, but they have the vaccinations in stock. We needed a typhoid vaccine, and thought it was a bit expensive, but come to find out you can’t get anywhere else in town.

Nurse was really good. However they told me that they dont work with any insurance but told me I can reimburse the vaccination and blood test with my insurance if I submit the itemized bill. However, insurance has rejected my claim saying that this place is out of network. Lost 2000$ :(

Passport Health was a great option to find out the necessary information needed regarding medications, vaccinations, and overall diseases potentially needed/encountered for our international trip. They were well prepared with our itinerary and shared the information in a very digestible manner
