Belinda at the call center needs to chill. She's so snarky and rude, it doesn't matter when you call her or how kindly you speak to her. The first few times I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking that she was probably done with life but she's something else. Corey on the other hand is an angel and deserves a raise.
