Very professional and informative
My experience at this clinic for the immigration 693 exam was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, the office was empty with no receptionist, leaving us confused about where to go. The nurse later explained they were understaffed, but the lack of communication and organization caused unnecessary stress. **The biggest issue:** We were never informed that the exam would require a separate 1.5-hour drive to another location in two weeks.
