Awful experience. Cancelled my appointment after reading some reviews about their sales pitches. These are vaccines, not a timeshare. Zero upfront communication about cancellation fees ($75) upon removing the scheduled time. Highly recommend AVOIDING. You'll get better pricing and service at a local pharmacy.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not one is because the person we talked to was fantastic. She was professional, kind, handled the transitions between talking to kids and adults wonderfully, and was clear. Charging per person in one visit when we are all going to the same place and also only there for information, just felt scammy.
