Excellent experience. I have older inground pool with obscure shape that needed replaced - it was dingy and could no longer be patched. From past experience when working with other vendors - this could have been a complex process, but Passmore Pool made this process painless. Passmore Pool did everything they said they would do WHEN they said it would be done for the cost they quoted....AMAZING. Passmore Pools are unreliable. Promises mean nothing to them. Each time he was suppose to show up to do job, never came nor texted to inform not showing. If he does his clients this way how can he stay in business. Don't waste your time with this company.

Passmore Pool installed our pool over 20 years ago. They did a great job and we have enjoyed it every summer since. They have in-depth knowledge of in-ground and above ground pools and have been responsive with service calls and repairs when needed.

I have a 16x32 Grecian pool this company has started install and hasn't finished. Paid 14k deposit and they want final payment and job isn't complete. Now owner has blocked me and haven't heard back. Looks like I may have to go to court and possibly hire another company to finish what they started. Not to mention my inground pool is 3ft or little more off the ground on backside.. left my yard destroyed. Didn't clean up behind themselves and only work 2-3hrs a day when they show up
