Great store. They have been exceptional at sales and support/service. Appreciated they didn't try to sell the highest value items but rather advised about what I needed. Highly recommend!
Got a puncture on the ride today. Came into Passmore cycles and got it fixed in the spot. Magnificent service, will keep coming back.
Travelling through Albany and needed to get a couple of e bikes so popped in to see what was available. Blyth was really helpful, clued up on all things bikes. He gave great advice, clear and to the point with no BS. He is also quite a handsome chap!!! My husband and I came away with 2 brilliant bikes and some goodies which we are very appreciative. Great service and what a great bike shop to have in Albany. We're off for a ride now. Thanks Blyth, Lola & Bazz
