Do not recommend Took my Hyundai iLoad here to get an RAC inspection done prior to purchase. All good, so bought the vehicle. Wasn't driving right so I took it to my regular mechanic. The turbo needed replacing! ... On the initial RAC report, they had listed the turbo filter to be replaced. I went in after a couple of days to find out when I would get my car back as I hadn't heard from them. "Oh, we've bought the wrong part and there is a no return policy". Looks at me for response (?). Really disappointed in the service i recieved with my car. I dropped it off for a service and mentioned the symptoms hoping to stop the jolting in my car. They alledgely gave my car a service, but when I got my car back the jolting was still happening. I took my car to another mechanic only to find out its actually a blown head gasket. I'm not sure how the mechanics at Passmore couldn't diagnose that, and now I'm not even sure they properly serviced my car. Do yourself a favour and avoid this mechanic. I can't say enough about the exceptional service we received from Passmore Automotive. After a stressful road accident caused by a poorly marked, damaged road, we found ourselves stranded in a remote area with no idea how to proceed.
