I have lived here for more than 6 years, the management company are on point, the building is well cared for, cleaning the outside grounds, power washing the porch, balcony and replacing the filter for the heater yearly. very easy to contact the management if anything needs repair almost never had any problem. Convenient online rent payment, washer and drying use your phone to start washer, very modern and up to date property.
