I hope the manager at Pacific Fair or here definitely sees this. Our child really likes the macarons here, so we come quite often. But one day, a staff member was extremely rude. She had tall height and dark brown hair, almost black. It's been over 5 years I visited this cafe. I wish I checked reviews before hand. Unfortunately food was very overcooked. It lacked quality. The price was very hefty. Coffee was average. I did advise about my meal not being eatable. They couldn't give a refund but I could order something else. Which was a juice and they gave $6. It was better than nothing.

Can’t complain about the food, but the service is unbelievably bad. The female staff member in the front desk was very rude.

A macaron costs $3.8 for each and all the flavours are at the same price. The texture is very authentic, creamy, and crispy. The salted caramel (blue) and Biscoff (purple) are relatively sugary and the cream inside melt in my mouth easily. Their special flavour Red Velvet is actually just vanilla cream inside the red macaron but still very delightful. The variety of dessert here is relatively wide and there are also a few seats. The service is also nice and efficient. Overall, it’s definitely a 10 out of 10!
