Purchased a coffee, was luc warm so pretty disappointed with the product served to me. The European girl who served me showed unprofessional behaviour behind to counter by drinking whatever she was drinking from her cup. While making my coffee. I have never seen anything like it. Weird behaviour and should be addressed by management. Other concerns if they can't make coffee hot maybe its time for a new job! Poor service and shit coffee for $6.00+ Service provided on the 4/10/2025 In the afternoon.

I hope the manager at Pacific Fair or here definitely sees this. Our child really likes the macarons here, so we come quite often. But one day, a staff member was extremely rude. She had tall height and dark brown hair, almost black. It's been over 5 years I visited this cafe. I wish I checked reviews before hand. Unfortunately food was very overcooked. It lacked quality. The price was very hefty. Coffee was average. I did advise about my meal not being eatable. They couldn't give a refund but I could order something else. Which was a juice and they gave $6. It was better than nothing.
Can’t complain about the food, but the service is unbelievably bad. The female staff member in the front desk was very rude.
