Terrible service — honestly hard to believe. I was interrupted several times while ordering my coffee, and the staff member was clearly impatient even before I could finish saying “lactose-free.” Very disappointing.
Our Hot chocolate was cold when we asked for extra hot. There were big lumps of choc in the cup not mixed.Late in a glass needs covers on because they are to hot to hold. Very disappointing.
Prices are up and servings are going down. Teapots changed to smaller size. I used to love going there.

CRAZZZYYY rude attitude. Is it their first time on earth? Where's the manners and customer service? Don't like your job? Quit. Pretty wild how this is considered a "luxury" cafe with the staffs you guys have on. And I'm talking about the females only. The male baristas were nice. This experience was on 16/05/2026 between 2pm - 4pm.
