They had issues stripping the color off my hair and it took them 6 hours to do my hair and all they did was strip color (which wasn't stripped good) and put dark color on it. My hair was very very damaged as well. I pay for professionalism and could've easily done this at home with oops remover and color after, but i don't like crappy jobs and I didn't get professional results.
